How long has your brand been established?

Established in 2016, our journey began with a humble pop-up space at events and shared locations like Tangs Department Store. It wasn't until 2019 that we found our first-ever permanent home at Funan Shopping Mall.

Today, we proudly operate four stores in Singapore, located at 313@somerset, JEM, Vivocity, and Bugis Junction.

Do you have overseas outlets?

At the moment, we're proud to say that all our stores are located right here in Singapore, where we were born and bred! However, who knows what the future holds? We're always open to new
possibilities, so stay tuned for any exciting updates!

Where are your products made?

Most of our product formulations take place right here in Singapore, where our journey began. However, we're committed to sourcing the best ingredients and materials for our scents. This may sometimes include looking abroad for specialized gadgets which can complement our range of scents.

Where do you source your ingredients?

We collaborate closely with renowned international fragrance houses to meticulously source the finest ingredients for crafting our own distinctive scents!

Are your products safe for children?

While our products are generally safe for use, we strongly advise keeping them out of reach of
children and pets. When using our products on children, please seek professional medical advice
beforehand.

Are your products safe for pregnant women?

Please seek medical advice if you are concerned.

Are animals involved in the manufacturing and testing process?

We are committed to cruelty-free practices and do not test our products on animals. Our dedication to ethical standards ensures the safety and well-being of both humans and animals alike!

Shipping Info

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. We exclusively ship via DHL Express. Simply place your order as usual, and our team will provide you with a shipping fee quote via email within 1 working day. You have the option to cancel your order if you choose not to proceed.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For local deliveries, your orders should arrive within 7 working days. For international deliveries, an estimated delivery date will be provided for every order.

Can I expedite my shipment?

Yes, you can. An additional S$6 fee is applicable for 1-2 day delivery (available for local deliveries only). Please select this option upon checkout or email your request to indulge@scentbysix.com.

What should I do if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at indulge@scentbysix.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a replacement as quickly as possible.

Can I request a greeting card for gift orders?

Absolutely! During checkout, feel free to utilize the "Any order notes?" section to leave your instructions and/or message. Simply type in your message, and we'll make sure to include a greeting card with your gift. You can rest assured that your gift will be packed properly without any price indication for a seamless presentation.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

For hygiene reasons, refunds are not available for purchased products. However, we offer exchanges for unused items within 7 days of purchase. Please present your original receipt for exchange at the respective outlet. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

If a product has a defect, please bring it to the store where it was purchased.

For online orders, physical products and receipts must be presented at our outlet at 313@Somerset for exchanges and refunds.

Products with manufacturing or formulation defects may be exchanged within 6 months of purchase, in accordance with Singapore’s lemon law. Please bring the original receipt for such exchanges.

Please note that returns or exchanges are not applicable for overseas orders. For further assistance with online exchanges or refunds, please contact us at indulge@scentbysix.com or call 8882 8112.

Warranty

Our warranty policy

Goods with manufacturers' defects are exchangeable but not returnable within 7 days of purchase. Additionally, our nebulizers come with a 6-month local warranty starting from the date of purchase.

To avail of warranty services, a warranty card and receipt must be presented as proof of purchase. 

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:

  • User Interface Panel malfunction
  • Parts within the Nebulizer, including but not limited to the circuit board, pump, and battery
  • Capacitive buttons


Items requiring repair should be brought to our outlet at 313@Somerset. Please note that repairs under this warranty may take between 2 to 4 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the issue and the availability of parts.

However, the warranty is voided under the following circumstances:

  • Negligence or mishandling as outlined in the manual or determined by our technicians
  • Oil clogs resulting from the use of Aroma Essence/Essential Oil not from Scent by SIX
  • Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or self-repair
  • External defects caused by mishandling

Repairs requested after the warranty period are subject to product condition and may incur a diagnosis fee. Please note that we reserve the right to reject accepting items for repair after the warranty period.

Scent by SIX reserves the right to modify the terms of the warranty at our discretion.
