Once the quote is approved, we will initiate the product development process! You'll have the opportunity to review and approve samples before proceeding to production!

Upon your approval of the samples, we'll move forward with production, ensuring timely completion and quality according to specifications.

What is your minimum quantity?

Customisable products often require a MOQ (minimum order quantity). Whether it is 200 units or more will depend on the product chosen, degree of customisation & the budget.

How much does it cost?

This will depend on the level of customization and quantity. But do contact us for a no obligations discussion.

How do you arrange for bottles and packaging?

Some of our clients have their own bottle and design. For those who do not, we can assist to source and also provide the packaging design but kindly factor in more time for the latter.

How long will it take to get our order completed?

This will depend on whether we are developing a bespoke scent or a scent from our library and the level of customization for the packaging? Generally, it can range from 1 to 4 months after payment of deposit.
