Goods with manufacturers' defects are exchangeable but not returnable within 7 days.
Our nebulizers come with a 6 months local warranty from the date of purchase.
Warranty card or receipt is required as proof of purchase
Warranty covers manufacturing defects such as:
- Mirror panel defects
- Electronic defect malfunction within the nebulizer and battery
- Intensity buttons not working
Items for repair should be brought to our outlet at 313@Somerset.
Repairs under this warranty may take between 2 to 4 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the issue & availability of parts
Warranty is voided for the following situations:
- Defects due to negligence or mishandling as stated in the manual.
- Oil clog caused by usage of Aroma Essence / Essential Oil not from Scent by SIX
- Unauthorised disassembling, modifying or self-repair.
- External defect due to mishandling
Repairs requested after warranty period is available subject to the condition of the product and will incur charges.

Definitely not. Fragrances by SIX are free from ingredients of animal origin. The equipment for manufacturing are not used for the making of other products of animal origin.
All our fragrances are in compliance with the Code of Practice of the International Fragrance Association (IFRA- 48th amendment), conform to HALAL requirements.
