FAQs

How do I earn points?

Earn 1 Point for every S$1 of net spend on all purchases made in-store or at scentbysix.com. Points will be credited to your account 7 days after your purchase

What happens if I refund an item?

If a refund is processed, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.

How do I redeem my points?

Points may be redeemed in preset denominations (S$2, S$5, S$10 and S$20) at a rate of 50 points = S$1. You may apply up to five redemption blocks in a single transaction. Redemptions may also be used together with ongoing promotions unless otherwise stated. All redeemed vouchers must be used within 48 hours of redemption.

Are redeemed points refundable?

No. All redemptions are final and non-refundable. Exchanges follow our standard Exchange Policy, but redeemed points will not be returned.

Can I transfer my points to someone else?

No. Points are strictly non-transferable.

When do my points expire?

Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are issued. Expiry is strictly non-extendable.

How long is my tier valid for?

Each tier is valid for 1 year. You must meet the required spend within your tier validity period to maintain your status for the next cycle.

How does the Birthday Discount work?

A single-use, tier-based Birthday Discount code will be issued at the start of your birthday month. It is valid for regular-priced items only and can be used online or in-store. The code is valid for the birthday month only.

How do I redeem my Welcome Gift or Workshop Experience?

Redemption instructions will be sent via email. Validity: 3 months from date of issuance.

How does the referral programme work?

Referee (your friend) gets a S$10 discount code for their first purchase. Referrer (you) gets a S$10 discount code once the referee completes their order. Referral discount codes apply to regular-priced items only. Referral codes cannot be used with other promotions and are not stackable. Both the Referrer and Referee codes are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. The Referrer must be an existing paying customer. There is no limit to how many referrals you can make!

Do I need to keep my details updated?

Yes. Please ensure your email, mobile number, and personal details are accurate. Missed benefits due to outdated information cannot be reissued.

Open to individuals aged 18 and above. Available in Singapore for both online and in-store purchases.

What should I do if there is a technical glitch or points discrepancy?

If you experience:

-   Tier not updating
